The night kicks off at 7:30pm, with a Bratwurst buffet served at 8pm, featuring authentic Bratwurst sausages, piled high with fried onions, sauerkraut, and pickle relish. And for dessert? Apple strudel with custard — a taste of Germany right here in Sedgefield!
